We DO NOT provide account or personal information to non-affiliated third parties for the purpose of independent telemarketing or direct mail marketing.

Do we disclose within our family of affiliated companies?

In the course of providing services to you, we are permitted by law to share with our affiliate companies, McClain Bank, N.A. and L.A. Russell Insurance Agency, information about our transactions or experiences with you (such as account balances or payment histories).

What is our policy relating to former customers?

If you decide to close your account (s) or become an inactive customer, we will adhere to the privacy policies and practices as described in this notice.

How do we protect your information?

McClain Financial Services is committed to the security of your financial and personal information. All of our operational and data processing systems are in a secure environment that protects your account information from being accessed by third parties. We maintain and grant access to customer information only in accordance with our internal security standards. Employees are educated on the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of customer information and on these Privacy Principals.

Maintenance of Accurate Information

We continually strive to maintain complete and accurate information about you and your accounts. Should you ever believe that our records contain inaccurate or incomplete information about you, please notify us. We will investigate your concerns and correct any inaccuracies, in a timely manner.

When the McClain Financial Services conducts business with third parties, we will insist---through a written agreement---that the third party adheres to privacy principles similar to those to which McClain Financial Services adheres for keeping this information confidential.
